We manage the campaigns, improve performance and ensure every new lead is followed up immediately and remains visible in the pipeline.

You only pay when a prospect meets the pre-agreed criteria and is actually scheduled with your sales team.
When is an appointment qualified?
The advertising budget is paid directly and separately by the developer. This keeps the amount spent on media and our service fully transparent.
ScaleState Buyer Acquisition
Your own sales team receives the qualified appointment, including the collected information about budget, buying intent, timeframe and project interest.
Part 2 · Optional extension
Do you lack an international sales team, or prefer to outsource the complete follow-up? We then take over after the qualified appointment through closing and deposit.
On top of Buyer Acquisition
We manage the entire process from first click to signed buyer and deposit.
Sales success fee
The 7% applies exclusively to human sales, long-term follow-up and closing. If no sale takes place, you do not pay this success fee.
