That means he knows exactly what it takes to bring a project from first concept to final sale. Positioning, branding, marketing, lead follow-up, sales calls and closing: he has done it himself. He understands the pressure, the timelines and the commercial choices every developer faces, and brings that practical experience into every Scalestate.ai project.

Stephen van der Meij
Stephen is the marketing and automation expert behind Scalestate.ai. For the past seven years he specialised in recruitment marketing, where he learned that the speed of lead follow-up often matters more than the lead itself.
He built a system that responds to leads instantly, qualifies them through WhatsApp and AI, and books qualified prospects directly into the calendar. By combining that automation expertise with Max's real estate experience, they run a Sales & Marketing Operating System that helps developers sell faster and more efficiently.
Scalestate.ai is deliberately small and specialised. You work directly with the founders, with no account layer in between. We take on a limited number of projects at a time so every project gets the attention it deserves.
